Joe Porpiglia

Joe’s 30+ year executive career began soon after college with a sixteen-year stay with the Greenbelt Cooperative, steadily moving up the ladder from part-time clerk to Senior Vice President. Joe moved on to CORT Business Services (A Berkshire Hathaway Co.) and ran their single largest operation in the country, eventually moving to Los Angeles to turn around the LA Division.

Joe transitioned to ExecuStay as Senior VP, Office Rental Division where he turned a floundering operation into a major contributor. Joe was promoted to Senior VP of the entire ExecuStay portfolio under Marriott’s ownership. His last stint before joining PI Midlantic was as COO of the Atchison Group.

In 2008, Joe joined PI Midlantic as a Senior Consultant, now Talent Optimization Advisor. His expansive career makes him an asset to both PI Midlantic and his clients – whether he’s leading executive overviews, building cohesive teams, or leading workshops, Joe is a valued member of the team. He is also one of PI Midlantic’s most seasoned - and popular - trainers.

Besides the PI program, Joe has two passions in his life: his family and seeing the world on cruise ships.
