Eric Palmaer

Eric has committed the last 20 years to assist Culture/People first CEOs and their teams grow great and lasting businesses.   He has been user and fan of PI for over 25 years and loves to see the impact of PI in organizations as a People-Talent Optimization Tool.

He is passionate about his work with leaders and their teams to accelerate their success and significance through courageous leadership to create the legacy that is important to them and having the right team is essential.

Eric’s career has included both corporate and entrepreneurial experiences after graduation from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.  His corporate experience includes working for Procter and Gamble and Summa Industries.

As an entrepreneur, he helped grow a manufacturing business through the sale to a publicly traded company.  Eric stayed on in the role of President; under his leadership the company grew six-fold in the next nine years.  He was able to identify and successfully integrate four strategic acquisitions, develop international partnerships, clearly identify and execute a successful growth strategy during his tenure.
