Colleen Edmondson

Colleen A. Edmondson is a certified behavioral analyst, lean six sigma manufacturer and seasoned facilitator. From leadership development and team building to strategic planning, Colleen has spearheaded initiatives that brought about significant improvements in service levels, manufacturing capacity, and overall operational efficiency.  Her dynamic communication style and ability to navigate various challenges make her an instrumental asset in achieving organizational goals.

Colleen is an ambitious and driving individual motivated by opportunities where she can leverage her skills as a team builder, motivator, and mover. She has a passion for having an invigorating impact on people and fostering change for the better; from increasing engagement and morale, removing communication boundaries, improve leadership effectiveness and overall operational efficiencies. She says, “Continuous improvement is not a department, it’s a culture.”

Previously, Colleen held leadership roles with companies including: Plant Manager at Eaton Corporation, Director of Continuous Improvement at Regal Rexnord and Director of Quality at Cambridge International.

Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University. She takes an active interest in her community serving as a member of the Dorchester County YMCA Leadership Board since 2018; and appointed Chairman for the year 2024.

Colleen currently resides in Cambridge, MD with her husband, Chad, and their two children.
