Clayton Ramsey

Clayton Ramsey is a certified talent optimization advisor and professional corporate trainer. He specializes in executive team effectiveness and team-building, manager and employee development, and improving talent acquisition processes. Clayton’s proven track record of helping his clients increase employee retention rates, develop leaders to assist with succession planning, maximizing productivity through team-building sessions, and more has made him a valued business partner to the clients he works with around the USA and internationally.

Clayton joined PI Midlantic in 2015 after beginning his career in professional recruiting and SaaS sales. Through his years of learning PI and talent optimization from the experts at PI Midlantic, and after creating the foundation for what would become PI Midlantic’s Client Success department, he transitioned to an advisory role. Early on in his career and schooling, Clayton realized he had a passion for helping others become a better version of themselves. It is this passion that sets him apart, enabling him to coach his clients and their teams towards business success and professional (and personal) growth. Clayton is not only an advisor, but a valued partner who helps business- and people-leaders become greater assets to their respective organizations.

After earning his B.S. from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University, Clayton began his career in the world of technical recruiting, and has also held positions in sales and marketing working with international companies like Cox Target Media and Cision Ltd. He also founded and is currently serving as President of the Zachary Gerald Knight Foundation, a growing 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Severna Park, MD.
