Beth is a seasoned executive coach, facilitator, trainer, and leadership & organizational development consultant with 20+ years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations to be their best.

She started her career in the hospitality industry as a trainer and facilitator for a luxury hotel brand. This is where she was introduced to the Predictive Index, and she has been a client and promoter of PI and its many benefits for over 25 years. Beth spent the next 15 years as a founding team member and consultant of a boutique training & development firm, then transitioned from external consultant to in-house coach and business partner as the Vice President of Organizational & Leadership Development for a leading medical professional liability insurance and healthcare services provider.

Beth is known for connecting well with leaders and individual contributors at all levels, helping them to grow, develop, see things with greater clarity, and take action to reach their goals and aspirations. She has designed and delivered management development programs, leadership coaching engagements, and team effectiveness sessions, and led consulting projects in change management, organizational design, business planning, and employee engagement.

She is a graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching.

Beth lives just outside of Boston with her husband and three teenage children. Summer is her favorite time of year and when you will find her on Cape Cod enjoying the beach, golfing, and running along the Cape bike trail.
