Adriana is a leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator with over 16 years of experience in cultivating and enhancing the people-centric aspects of organizations. She has a passion for fostering positive workplace environments and optimizing employee potential has been the driving force behind her career in HR.

Previously, she held leadership roles at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Turnberry Associates, ChenMed, and Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where she was responsible for learning and leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and career development.

Adriana has a track record of designing and implementing performance management systems that align individuals and team goals with organizational objectives. This has resulted in increased employee engagement and productivity. She is passionate about helping people and regularly spends her time speaking and reading on topics of personal and professional development.

Adriana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Business. She is a past Vice President of the Association for Talent Development and has earned several industry-recognized certifications including Mastering Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and (ACC) ICF Coaching Certificates.
